FAQ About Our B2B Outbound Model

The questions we hear most often about our pay-per-meeting outbound model, qualified sales meetings, LinkedIn outreach, and how Leads to Green works. If you have a question that isn’t answered here, bring it to your discovery call. We’ll be happy to give you a straight answer.

How does your B2B outbound pricing work?

Leads to Green operates on a pay-per-meeting model. Your rate is determined by the specifics of your business, including your target audience, ideal customer profile, deal size, and the complexity of reaching your buyers. Unlike a traditional sales agency, you aren’t paying a monthly retainer for activity. You’re paying for qualified sales meetings that actually happen. We’ll walk you through the economics on our initial call so you know exactly what the model would look like for your business before you commit.

What counts as a qualified sales meeting?

We define qualification before we launch your campaign. A qualified meeting means the prospect matches the target audience we agreed on, holds the appropriate decision-making role, works at a company that fits your ideal customer profile, understands who they’re meeting and why, and actually shows up for the conversation. If a meeting doesn’t meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria, you don’t pay for it.

What happens if a prospect doesn’t show up?

You don’t pay for a no-show. We’ll follow up with the prospect and attempt to reschedule. You’re only charged when a qualified prospect actually shows up and the meeting takes place.

Is there a long-term contract or commitment?

No. We don’t believe in keeping clients through contracts they don’t want to be in. Our goal is to keep earning your business by consistently putting qualified leads on your calendar. If the meetings aren’t creating enough value for your business, you can stop.

Do you guarantee a certain number of meetings?

We don’t promise an arbitrary number of meetings just to win your business. Instead, our pay-per-meeting model puts our incentives on the same side of the table as yours. We only get paid when qualified meetings actually happen. We’ll evaluate your market, offer, target audience, and sales economics before recommending an engagement. If we don’t believe we can guarantee a meaningful return, we’ll tell you.

What kind of meeting volume can I expect, and how quickly?

Most active clients settle into 2-4 meetings per week, with the first meetings typically landing within the first two weeks, rather than after a lengthy ramp period. Outbound compounds as we learn what resonates with your market, so performance typically improves as we refine your targeting and messaging. The exact pace depends on your offer, audience, and market, but we’ll give you a realistic expectation for your specific business on the call.

Who actually handles the outreach?

You won’t be handed off to a chatbot, AI agent, or junior account manager. Your campaign is supported by an experienced GTM engineer who works directly with you, with founder Evan Greenberg’s nearly two decades of outbound expertise behind the strategy. You’ll have a dedicated Slack channel where you can communicate directly with your GTM engineer and Evan, keeping strategy, messaging, targeting, and feedback closely aligned throughout the engagement.

How is working with Leads to Green different from hiring an SDR?

Hiring an internal SDR means taking on the cost and complexity of recruiting, compensation, benefits, management, training, technology, and ramp time before you know it will work. With Leads to Green you don’t have to build an outbound department from scratch. We provide the strategy, infrastructure, prospecting, and outreach while you focus on what you do best: running the business and closing qualified opportunities. The biggest difference is the risk. An SDR is a fixed investment. Our pay-per-meeting model ties your spend directly to qualified conversations.

How is Leads to Green different from a traditional outbound agency?

The biggest difference is how we’re paid. Traditional agencies often charge a monthly retainer regardless of whether their work produces meetings. That means the client carries most of the performance risk. Leads to Green operates on a pay-per-meeting model. If qualified meetings aren’t happening, we’re not getting paid for them. We also take a more focused approach to B2B outreach. Rather than blasting generic messages across large databases, we build targeted campaigns around your ideal customers and use channels where those customers are actually active.

How is this different from buying lead lists or sales software?

Lead lists and sales tools give you resources, but they don’t create a pipeline on their own. Leads to Green handles the outbound process for you, from targeting and messaging to prospecting and meeting generation. We also bring the infrastructure needed to run the campaigns, so you don’t need to assemble and manage a stack of sales tools yourself. If you’re already paying for tools your team rarely uses, our model can eliminate some of that overhead.

Is B2B outbound still effective when everyone’s inbox is filled with automated messages?

Yes, but the way you approach it matters. The volume of generic automated outreach has made buyers more skeptical, not less reachable. That’s why our approach prioritizes relevance over volume. Our messages are short, specific, and written around the individual prospect and their business. The goal isn’t to make someone feel like they’ve been added to a sequence, it’s to give them a legitimate reason to have a conversation.

Do you offer cold calling?

No. Leads to Green specializes in LinkedIn and professional email outreach. We’re not interested in pretending to be experts at every outbound channel. If your market is primarily phone-driven, we’ll tell you upfront and point you toward a model that’s better suited to your business.

Is there a setup fee?

There isn’t a traditional setup fee, and LinkedIn campaigns have no upfront cost at all. Email is the one exception: a $500 infrastructure deposit covers the dedicated sending domains, mailbox setup, and warmup that email campaigns need before any messages go out, and that amount is credited directly toward your first invoice. The goal is simple: your investment should ultimately go toward generating qualified sales opportunities, not paying an agency just to get started.

Can you guarantee revenue or closed deals?

No, and anyone who guarantees your revenue without managing your sales process should make you skeptical. We control the top of the funnel: identifying prospects, starting conversations, and getting qualified buyers onto your calendar. You control what happens after the meeting, including your sales process, offer, pricing, follow-up, and close rate. That’s why we look at the full funnel before recommending an engagement. We’ll work through your deal size, expected close rate, and meeting economics to determine whether the model can produce an attractive return. If the math doesn’t work, we’ll tell you.
